The delivery date will be normally 15-35 days after deposit, depends on the season time. At the normal period, it takes approx. 25 days, but when at the peak season it will take a little bit longer time like 35 days.

Before starting, check the fuel level, oil level, and battery condition (if applicable). Ensure the generator is on a flat surface and that all appliances are unplugged. For gasoline models, use the recoil or electric starter. For diesel models, preheat if necessary and turn the ignition key or use the electric start button.

For new engines, change the oil after the first 20 hours of use. After that, change it every 50-100 hours or according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Always use the recommended oil type for your specific engine model.

• Gasoline engines: Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Avoid ethanol-blended fuel over 10% (E10).

• Diesel engines: Use clean, high-quality diesel fuel suitable for your local climate conditions.

• Ensure the fuel tank has fuel and that the fuel valve is open.

• Check the oil level; low oil may trigger a safety shutdown.

• Inspect the spark plug and clean or replace it if necessary.

• Make sure the battery (for electric start models) is charged.

• Check air filters for blockages and clean or replace them.

• Perform regular oil and filter changes.

• Use high-quality fuel and keep the fuel system clean.

• Store in a dry, ventilated area when not in use.

• Run the generator at least once a month for 10-15 minutes to prevent fuel system issues.

• Remove the air filter cover and take out the filter element.

• If it’s a foam filter, clean it with mild soap and water, dry it completely, then lightly oil it before reinstalling.

• If it’s a paper filter, tap it gently to remove dust or replace it if excessively dirty.

• Drain the fuel or add a fuel stabilizer to prevent clogging.

• Change the oil and clean the air filter.

• Disconnect the battery (if applicable) and store it separately in a cool, dry place.

• Cover the generator to protect it from dust and moisture.

• Check if the circuit breaker is tripped and reset it.

• Ensure the voltage regulator is functioning correctly.

• Run the generator for a few minutes with a small load to help re-excite the alternator.

• If the issue persists, contact a qualified technician.

• Check for clogs or leaks in the hose and nozzle.

• Ensure the water supply is adequate and the inlet filter is clean.

• If using detergent, make sure the chemical injector is working properly.

• Replace worn-out seals or gaskets if necessary.

• Check and clean the impeller and inlet screen regularly.

• Ensure the pump is primed before starting to prevent damage.

• Store in a dry place and drain water before winter to avoid freezing damage.
